Et Cetera, Inc. was established as a corporation on
August 15th, 1995. Our primary interest is the
enhancement of consumer choices of health foods. To
this end, we have established a factory at 2630
Orleans, Detroit, Michigan in the empowerment zone.
Our
product line is mainly centered on BEANS due to a
defined nutritional value. From these Beans,
we created Gas Free Whole Beans and versatile Raw and
cooked bean flour, Popped Beans (Like Popped Corn).
A better replacement flour to 'ALL PURPOSE FLOUR' in
all cooking and baking needs. Ideal for
Vegetarians, Diabetics, Celiac Sprue, SCD and a host
of other uses.
